Working Class Poet.

Beano Boy

TR’s jumped out the car
He’ll take a walk on his own for a bit
Onwards to a 70s dreamland
Mixed with no nonsense Sheffield grit

Alike Cocker’s plumber pains
Our Tom – a sparky before
So you know who to bell if you’re stuck in the dark
Gucci loafers off at the door

Yellamo Salohcin’s backing bass
A Carnall brother – another member of the team
All part of the Fagan’s family
Poster boys of the NME scene

This writer now turns to performer
Centre-stage, spotlight on
Well, well, well
Looks like we have ourselves a new don
